Did You Order a Brick?

​If you ordered a memory brick in our Bridge fundraiser several years ago, here's how to check your previous order and either give your approval or make changes. We've added 36 clip art options for the bricks and added a larger brick option.

​Your support means the world to us!

1. Contact us and we will email a photo of what your brick would look like based on your old order.

2. If there are no changes, simply email your approval to [email protected].

3. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR BRICK (such as changing sizes, adding clip art or altering the inscription), go to the online order page and fill out the form as if this is a new order. In the COMMENTS, write a note that says OLD ORDER. When you reach the payment section, put a checkmark in "Mailing a Check." When asked for a check number, place 000 in the space. You've already paid for your brick. 

4. If your changes add more cost to your order, we will call you for the additional donation.

5. Your order does not go directly to the brick company but comes to us instead. Together we'll be able to check and double check what you want your brick to be.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will go to improvements and enhancements to the Palenville Pocket Park.

Here's an example from the fictional Palenville family — the Bussettis

Years ago, Maggie Bussetti bought a $100 brick to represent her family in support of the Swinging Bridge. She just received an email showing a photo of what that original order would be. 

She thought about emailing her approval to [email protected]....

BUT then she saw some new options. She couldn't resist getting the larger brick and adding clip art of the Swinging Bridge.

Maggie went to the new order page and filled it out like this:

She remembered to write "OLD ORDER" and put a checkmark beside Check By Mail.

The "0000" will remind the organizers that she has already paid for a brick.

When the helpful volunteer received the order, she called Maggie to make arrangements for the additional $250.
