The Palenville Fire Department leads the way as costumed kids and adults gather for the march to the Country Fairgrounds.

Bagpipe music, old cars, floats and a visit from Rip Van Winkle will round out this classic Palenville tradition with a twist — Ragamuffins-in-July.
