Photographer, Artist, Innovator
Dan Burkholder bridges the classic history of photography with the digitally-based world of photography today. His handcrafted platinum prints created in the classic darkroom are made using digital negatives, an innovation first used by Dan in 1992. Dan also is known for his humor-filled classes teaching iPhone Artistry.
Much of his current work is printed on vellum and enhanced by the application of precious metals like 24K gold leaf.
Dan's work is located in the Googin Hiney Gallery on Woodland Lane in Palenville
