Artist Registration

All Palenville area artists are invited to participate in this local art exhibition in The Clark House B&B barn. The 2-day art event on August 25-26, 2018, is held in conjunction with the Kaaterskill Craft Fair at the Circle W Market. The "Palenville area" is defined as the area surrounding Palenville not including the villages of Catskill or Woodstock. The event is open to all artists ages 16 and over, living in or in the vicinity of Palenville, working in any medium (including drawing, painting, printing, photography, video, digital art, sculpture, ceramics, etc.). Selected work must be framed and ready to hang. Any subject is okay. The art does not have to be about Palenville.

Publicity: Entry into this exhibition constitutes an artist’s permission to reproduce work for publicity purposes, both in print and digital form.

Liability and Sales:  Palenville The Hamlet will observe every care and precaution, but cannot be responsible for loss or damage of accepted artworks. Participating artists must agree to the exhibition terms including, but not limited to, the installation schedule and a liability waiver.  The organizers reserve the right to reject work not accurately represented by the images submitted, not properly framed, or if it arrives unsuitable for hanging.  Artists are responsible for delivery to The Clark House barn during the suggested delivery hours. Participating artists shall receive 80% of sales of any art sold from the event and 20% goes to support Palenville The Hamlet projects.

Delivery of work:   9 AM - 11 AM on Friday, August 24, 2018 

Exhibition:   Sat/Sun, August 25-26, 2018, 10 AM - 6 PM each day

Pickup of work:   Sun, August 26, 2018, 6 PM - 7:30 PM
